If you want a heartbreakingly beautiful story about unconditional love and finding it in unexpected ways… pick this book up. Aaron and Wren share such a wonderful relationship and I loved watching their journey. Wren needed someone like Aaron to be supportive of her through everything and he was more than ready to do so.

I cried like a baby and smiled like an idiot while reading this. I swear, one of N.S. Perkins’ strongest books ever. I adored every second.

i can’t with this book. it is everything.

this is one of those books that’s not five stars but FIVE STARS!!!! i ate this up! i read it in 10 hours and will be shouting at everyone to (please) read this book. I cried no less than four times. I felt this entire book in my chest. the last sentence of the epilogue… weeping!!

where happiness begins is perfect for abby jimenez readers. also on par with colleen hoover and emily henry. emotional book girlies!!

A Risk On Forever was a phenomenal book. I fell in love with all the characters and felt like I needed to savour this book as long as possible. I loved to see the writers evolution and growth of her writing throughout the book, and I was so amazed at how food these characters were, and how absorbed in the story I was. I miss so much Helen, Louis, Addy, and Matt and wish I could have read even more of their story! I wish this book was longer because I loved all of the characters so much and just wanted more.

Read this if you want to feel something. This was such a fast read I’m almost sad it was over so fast. If you enjoyed books like Me before You this is right up your ally. I really loved the relationships that the author built not just with the main love interests but those around them too, it really showed them fully- you know so much more about their backstories and fall for them even more. Everything with Helen made me feel every emotion possible, she is a treasure.

I am so moved by Perkins' effusive and elegant writing style that instantly transports me into the complicated but loving dynamic between Adelaide, Matthias and his mother, Helen. These are three characters that have so much love to give, but are holding themselves back, all in a way to protect the ones they care about most. This story is a love story, for sure, but it is also one that speaks of sacrificing for those you care most deeply about. I love the way I was able to laugh and cry all within the span of a few chapters and how real the struggles these characters faced felt. This is definitely a book that will have you cycling through every single human emotion, but in the best ways possible. One of my best reads for 2021!
